My homework

It's been ages since I've blipped! I hope you are all keeping well.

I was on a Mental Health First Aid course today and our 'homework' was to create a happiness hour, time just for us. Instead of rushing back to the office, and because we'd finished earlier than planned, I had a slow walk back, looked at some street art and stopped for a coffee in a cafe I'd never been to before.

This cigarette bin instantly made me think "what a blip opportunity" and here I am! 

The course also suggested that recording 3 things you are grateful for, both first thing in the morning and last thing at night, for 2 months, has a hugely positive impact.  So I will try it!

I am grateful for:
-A lovely coffee after the MHFA course in a very tranquill garden.
-My firm sending me on the MHFA course to help my personal development and to support my colleagues.
-An evening of beer and pizza in the office to welcome our new colleagues, and genuine laughter with my team.
