Quick sunny morning hack and catch up with Caelan . I rode Bobby who is 27 yrs old. He played the ‘I’m old and tired card’ all the way to Ballingarry church ( about 15 min ride) . Then we turned for home as his head was almost on the ground and I felt sorry for him . And boom … he was off, jog trotting all the way up the hill and then doing a fantastic extended trot on the flat . Hahaha.
We had a good old laugh. There’s no point retiring him, he’s still got plenty to give if he wants !
