Day 5 Majorca

This morning we had another walk to a different part of Alcudia. It was lovely. We’d visited the Alcudia Old Town 2 days ago but it had rained rather a lot whilst we were there. Today we caught the bus as we’d walked lots this morning. There is a huge Roman Ruin opposite the town that we also walked around. We were pleased to visit the old town again in sunny weather! On returning to the hotel we had a swim and sat by the pool reading. We had a lovely meal at a different restaurant on the beach tonight where we shared a delicious pizza and chips then a freshly baked apple pie with ice cream for 2…..mmmmm! Whilst we were having dinner there were so many families with young children playing on the beach. A man was making bubbles with a large bubble wand and children were excitedly chasing them. It was wonderful! Another good day and at just before 9 it was still 26 degrees!
