Abstract Donkey

A visit to see a couple of my donkey colleagues this afternoon - I've not seen anyone for ages.  We had a bit of a chat which is always good and then I had an hour of of preparing breakfast and a little tidying up - nothing strenuous.  Which is just as well given the state I woke up in.

Lots of pain.  

Going for a walk does help.
