Crusty Rolls

Had to blip this!! 
This is the first time I have made crusty bread rolls since I left the Merchant Navy  33 years ago and even if I say myself , they taste so much better than you could buy anywhere on the planet. 
Am fair chuffed with myself as its been so long. ... This guy still has it!!
