263/365 Lost

Didn't it rain today! We had rain and wind and then wind and rain and that's how it was throughout the entire day until late evening when we had some sunshine.

Trying to keep my camera gear dry was almost impossible as you can see from the blip. It gives it a slightly surreal effect though and reminds me of being told to put a little vaseline on the lens in days of yore when using my  film cameras, Zenith followed by Praktica and then Pentax.

Those were the days but things have changed. I feel less in touch with my picture taking since the onward march of digital cameras, auto everything, and now AI. Ah nostalgia and even that is not what it used to be!
