Kyoto

A trip on the Hello Kitty train where one carriage was devoted to the cat herself. The stewardesses were all dressed in Kitty costumes. The loos were pink and dotty.

We stopped off at Himeji to look at the Castle where they filmed part of 007's You Only Live Twice.

Back on the train to Kyoto. It was tossing it down and our shoes may not dry out! We did venture to the Geisha area, but the girls were all indoors keeping dry. Fair enough.

Kyoto is our last stop in this leg of the trip. Cracks were beginning to show today, I think everyone is a little tired and the heat today was the very worst.
