Dead wood.

When it gets very windy we often find branches of our lime tree on the drive… that’s the Tilia species, not the citrus fruit.
Also known as the linden tree, I think.

This old tree used be one of a pair.
But its companion came down a few years ago.

Probably got it blipped somewhere on here.

So, understandably, I do worry about this one, too.

It’s pretty old, as are most of our trees and we do lose one from time… actually with some regularity, when I think about it!
