A soggy dog walk at lunchtime - there were points when Fife was visible across the Firth of Forth; there were times when you could barely sea the see - no wait - see the sea the rain was so oppressive.

The dog didn't mind (he's a springer spaniel; they're part aquatic mammal anyway) and I had a waterproof jacket on so I'll live.
