Looking for a change

Dr D came home with some beautiful gurnard and I'm aging with decreasing tolerance of a fishy smell  in the kitchen after my usual method of egg and breadcrumbs on the fish then a light fry in a small amount of olive oil and butter. 
I scanned the net and found a recipe using these ingredients and made a parsley sauce with parsley and a little lemon juice, both from the garden.
It was absolutely delicious accompanied by the hassle back potatoes I'd baked and a little freshly sliced tomato.Job done : ))
