You and me time...

This weekend has given us lots of 'us' time. Today we undertook a 19 mile bike ride in the beautiful sunshine before sharing a bbq with friends.
The ride may have been hot and exhausting at times and although I am expecting a few aches and sores in the morning it feels great to get outside and active.
