Yesnaby
The weather was shocking when we woke up today but by the time we got out the rain had stopped and it turned into a fabulous day. Now we are back at our accommodation it has taken a turn for the worse again with strong winds and rain.
After visiting Hobbister RSPB reserve (where we hardly saw anything) we went on to the fabulous Skara Brae neolithic village then on to Yesnaby and finished up in Stromness.
It was tough choosing a blip but I thought I would leave the birds for extras and show the spectacular cliffs at Yesnaby. The extras are a gannet at Yesnaby (bird 104), a razorbill (bird 105) at Stromness and a red-breasted merganser (bird 106) also at Stromness
