Garden fungus

This morning I went to belly dancing and Pilates this afternoon.  Only six of us were there so the instructor didn't miss a thing!

I've never had fungi growing in the garden but today noticed clump sof what I suspect is honey fungus growing between the paving slabs below my hawthorn tree. I know that they look like new potatoes but guarantee that they're not.
