Starting over
I've been baking bread with yeast, but I fancied some sourdough the other day. Sourdough doesn't lend itself to "Oh, I'll just make some" but I've started a new starter and I'll be able to check my sourdough mojo soon. The elastic band is to mark the level when I feed it so that I can see how much it expands.
I've made a white loaf today, check the extras.
