Chicken Pot Pie

I still cannot tolerate meals with much fat, so this labor of love was primarily for Mom and Tom. Apparently, it was worth it, as they both loved it. Mom even ate a portion size slightly larger than usual. I had about two bites plus some salad.

Unfortunately, now as I write this, I am getting really hungry. Time to put this out of my sight and mind.
