Or a woman for that matter.   Steveng's theme this week is a proverb so I have picked a man's best friend is a dog.   However, this is not really wide so I think I may be a fail on that part.  Thanks for hosting Steven.

After spiking a temp last night I decided to work from home today.  I have not really achieved that much.  A bit of a brain fog.  The temp has gone back to normal but I am pretty sore from all that coughing.  The nose still has a bit of a drip but I am happy to report I think I will live.   At least it is not the man flu.  Phew :-))
