Yet another T-shirt

Had a trip over to Aldridge this morning for a sunny 10k race, although thankfully it wasn't too sunny and I managed to go sub 40 again...by 2 seconds!!

Much as I appreciate the goodybags at the end I'd like a couple of these races to be doing shorts or socks rather than T-shirts.
I've got loads of T-shirts coming out of my ears -not literally- from various races now. Still it lets me show off I suppose.

It's a bit of rubbish blip because I spent half the afternoon nursing a headache and dozing off watching the Grand Prix before my night shift.
