Cyclamen

Last summer I transported a well-established tuber of cyclamen from the south of England and planted it here. It not only flowered last autumn it seems to have survived a frosty winter and is now providing some lovely colour in a part of the garden.

The coils are, I believe, the new seeds which will ripen and hopefully spread across the garden.

From a cold wet morning the evening has turned 5+ degrees warmer and it is now very windy! Not that I saw much of it as we had a good discussion at a church meeting for a couple of hours. Now to write the minutes!
