Glentleiten Bavaria

I visited the open air country museum of southern Bavaria, which presents farm houses, stables and sheds together with fields, gardens worked in the traditional way. The photo shows the decoration above the beam end in a house that was made in the 17th/8th century. It’s surprising that people paid so much attention to small details like that.
