Fields of Gold, Pollok Park, Glasgow

A field full of buttercups in Pollok Park. I like the swirl of Highland Cow hair caught in the barbed wire. Another beautiful sunny day.

Happy and sad times today. We had a first meeting with a precious baby girl, her Mum and Dad and proud grandparents. Later, we heard of the passing of two friends. All part of life's rich tapestry. "The Lord gives and the Lord takes away ... blessed be the name of the Lord."
