Fly, fly, butterfly....
This is a Speckled Wood butterfly that happily posed for me whilst visiting one of the most stunning garden projects I have ever had the pleasure to visit. It was the second day of the Stogumber Open Gardens and it was a priviledge to be allowed into some amazing, beautiful gardens.
This particular garden was over 4 acres in size and had some very exotic plants. It had taken them 27 years to complete and was certainly a labour of love. We took Phoebe with us and she was very well behaved. We did a lot of walking so now she is by my feet pooped. Jazz asleep on our bed, looking peaceful and serene. (See yesterday's blip).
Monday is returning, back to work and a promise of a weather change on Tuesday. It's been a stunning weekend spent at peace just with Mr A. We dont get many without son committments so this was a bonus.
Have a good week everyone.
