Swimming

Still on holiday today and enjoyed a rare 9+ hrs sleep last night. Must have needed it.

MrsT had L at a physio session this morning for a hamstring tear. I had to do some work for a project due in tomorrow.

After lunch I took L swimming at Whitburn pool which was lots of fun.

No badminton tonight as it’s fully booked and I’ll miss the next three weeks due to not being in Scotland. Sad times!
