Great Glacier Park

A morning walk up to the Great Glacier and, it had to happen, we were absolutely drookit.  Persistent.  Big drop in temp, especially at higher altitude.  Quite chilly and had to stop in Golden to warm up and buy gloves and bunnets and coffee.  I really made CMC laugh in the hat dept.  We were nearly asked to leave the store.

A 90 minute detour then as Route1 to Lake Louise was closed.

Northern Lights outside restaurant - plenty of photographers but no Blippers.
