Puppy dawg

Everything is new and interesting, the world is huge and this little sponge is taking it all in. Today, a friend of the family was arranging to see some little puppies to see if he got on with them as a potential new pet - squeeeeee I just about popped when we were invited along.

It was a bit of a test, the dog needs to be comfortable that there's a baby around and obviously I wouldn't have put Noah at risk but my knee became a little perch for him to watch. When the owner put the three of them down they all huddled into a little ball so I passed him to my mother and went in for a puppy-cuddle. They all found their confidence and it was extremely difficult not to swap the baby for one!

I sat down on the floor with Noah on my knee and he started squealing and reaching, poor dogs! They took an interest and it was extremely cute watching them approach each other. They were obviously gentle dogs (and had come from a home with children - makes sense) so I let him loose, the puppies followed him and he kept turning to giggle at them (then he got distracted by a porcelain pig on the fireplace).

One of the little lady dogs was chosen and I'm sure Noah will have great fun with her when they are both a bit older
