Rainy, Sleepy Weather

Today is the Federal Day of Thanksgving and a National holiday. It's as quiet as Sunday and all the shops are closed.

Honey is exactly 6 months' old today! She celebrated by playing with her whirlygig toy (upper left), played on the wet balcony and sat there briefly to watch the steadily falling rain. 

The rest of the time was spent snoozing, mostly in her basket. I covered her with her crocheted blanket as she was cold from being outside!  I know she isn't a doll... it just made her snug!

My flowers in their pots are wet from the rain. It's 17C and feels like autumn, at last. We need the rain desperately!
