Big big scarily grown up boy

Every day this son of mine seems to take a huge leap in terms of development. Today he's decided that standing up is more fun than sitting down. He doesn't like climbing up furniture like other babies, oh no, only likes to climb up humans.

He's just such a joy, he woke up extremely happy after an epic 13 hour sleep and spent the morning chatting away loudly. Nice day in the garden today and a trial run in the bike trailer. After a long debate and awful attempt with the cycle helmet we decided to go very slowly and helmetless on the cycle trail. I swear my heart was in my throat the whole time.

We did his blue footprints tonight, missed them last night for his 9 month entry onto "the canvas". Eeek only three more and he's one. ONE YEAR OLD! Madness.
