Goldfinch rules

Spent a bit of time beside the bird feeders at Loch Spynie.  We were supposed to be at an athletics meeting in Inverness, but that was running hours late, so we headed for home via this RSPB reserve near Lossiemouth.  I heard before I saw the fighting goldfinch. It chased away several chaffinches - a much bigger bird. Watched the GSW for ages.
