Hopefully, this is the stupid tight chamfered corners of the stupid Leith Walk cycle path having their angles reduced a little, but it could probably be done without so much sharp and spiky fencing intruding onto both the cycle lane and footway. I wouldn't usually try and use it but had come past on the way home on Thursday just in case it turned out to be fast enough to allow me to perform an errand before getting home in time to let Edgar in after his violin lesson (it wasn't; I went straight homewards after getting to the foot of the walk and just caught him most of the way back along the Links) and then went past again on foot with a little more time to spare whilst Amos was at swimming.
