Pie

Made this very quickly today with Apples from T apple tree, 

I made the pastry with Vegetable Suet,  different but easy 
Doesnt look that good but it tasted ok  hehe only photo I took today

My mum used to make Apple. Dumplings with Beef 
Suet pastry years ago, it was much crisper I suppose it was like using lard ,
