A Grand Day Out

We were up and off early this morning, as we headed down to the borders where I preached at Galashiels Baptist Church (their minister is on sabbatical). Afterwards we headed into Edinburgh to eat a late lunch at the Hard Rock Cafe. The weather was beautiful and so after a bit of a wander around we headed out of the centre of Edinburgh and stopped near the bypass at Scotland's only Krispy Kreme. All I can say, is Thank goodness for the 5:2 diet which allows me to do these things! Fasting day tomorrow...
