12 Years Old, Decanted and Ready To Go.

Tonight our meal is Fillet Steak, Jacket Potato and Tomato Salad.  I thought this merited a decent bottle so I went into the wine cellar (aka the garage) and retrieved this bottle of Lussac Saint Emelion 2011 which has been quietly waiting all those years - just for today :-)
