Owned by a video games guy who was in at the start of Microsoft with Bill Gates. £80 million was the cost apparently. Then there's the upkeep, servicing and maintenance. Staff costs too. It raises all sorts of questions, especially as I passed a homeless guy outside the Maritime Museum.
