Castlerigg stone circle

After a delicious sunday roast at The White Horse Inn near Threlkeld we said goodbye to family and had a little wander at Castlerigg stone circle before driving home. Always a lovely spot but too many people these days! Somehow managed to avoid the tour group, the people climbing on the stones, those taking selfies, the pair picnicking in the middle and get a clear shot of a few of the stones.
