I had an overwhelming need to be cosy today but I just couldn't achieve it. I had all the physical things I needed but it was the mental side I couldn't reach. I felt agitated and had an uneasy feeling. 
The weather is changing, its cold wet, grey and dark.  I never used to get affected by the weather and couldn't understand people who did, but I have definitely changed and I feel it so much now.  Today I think is part of the reason I feel the way I do.
