For Day 100 I spent far too long on my hands and knees lining up 100 candles. I loved the image but I need to pick a 'much easier to handle' subject for day 1000. Then, a couple of weeks ago whilst having a conversation with someone who was counting the petty cash at work, this idea hit me.

I duly collected my 10 bags of pennies from the bank after repeating my request to the cashier. He thought it an unusual request so he asked what they were for. I just explained it was for a photography project where I had to take a photo of a thousand of something.

"But how will any one know?" he asked

"I'll know" I replied.
