New born forest foal

Had a lovely picnic in the forest today with the family and then went for a walk, we found an old railway line near Sway which had been turned into a mountain bike trail and walkway, it was a really nice route. Eventually we left the tail and wandered into the heathland and found these ponies. I thought the foal was very sweet and the kids loved him, however I had to remind them they were wild and not to get too close. Anyhow hope you like the Blip.

My thought... I wonder if we had kept all those little railway branch lines open, would there be as much traffic on the road. Don't get me wrong, turning them into cycle paths and walkways is brilliant, but can't help wondering what if?
