booked ends - lovely morning doing my own shopping with daughters and deli snacks, no carrot cake as it looked pretty yuck to me, my favorite birthday cake.  then on walk in afternoon (extra) this couple who i have said hello to for years, sang the HB song pronto in unison ---and now we know each others names!  


and best, until today by this time of day i have wanted to just go into deep sleep to escape hurting - a present, perhaps but just not at all that bad - so so so so so glad. three weeks from fall tomorrow.
