At Chipping Farm Shop.

S was busy so set out by myself, chilly wind from the east was off putting. Stopped for a coffee then carried on to Inglewhite and Goosnargh. Made W lunch, he left to do some training (climbing the same hill 5 x?) and the the Trough of Bowland. I cleaned and oiled my bike. I don’t know when it going to be put away for the winter so I need to make sure it’s ok. Also cleaned my car and bought some more first aid supplies for W. We seem to get through a lot of it. Ticked off a few more jobs. Fish and chips for tea.
