Lexi on the printer

Alfie and she were watching me build a bit more of the Taj Mahal in Lego (yes, really). I had to move extremely fast at one point to stop Alfie from eating some of the pieces, and I thereafter adopted a different strategy, putting them in a deep box where I assembled them to the point where they were ready to add to the main build. I'm not sure if I was more worried about possible ill effects that Alfie might suffer, or pieces going missing. Probably the former, as you can get replacement pieces from Lego, but Alfie would be irreplaceable.

I was tempted to turn the heating on this evening, but resisted and put on more clothes instead. Autumn has well and truly arrived.
