Ink on paper

I’ve finally got around to framing this drawing of my dad’s which depicts the view from the hall window in the house I grew up in. It’s now hanging in my downstairs cloakroom - I think it goes quite well with the new wall colour. I couldn’t work out how to get a photo without a reflection of the window in there - it’s a very small room - so I turned the light in to make the reflection less obvious but now there’s two reflections! Hey ho.

I think this is my 8 year blip anniversary so thanks to anyone who’s stopped by or left comments over the years - much appreciated. I have some big gaps in my journal so it’s actually been much longer since I started (https://www.blipfoto.com/entry/227663), but that’s the thing with blip - you do what you can, when you can.
