Damn!

I’ve had to get a new tap for my rental next door. It’s that I’ve had a fair amount of expense this month but hey ho that’s not unusual for a landlord.

The problem is that kitchen taps are a real bind to fit due to lack of space etc. I’ve got a reasonable time to do it as my tenant is away but I’m not looking forward to this task!

The old tap ceramic cartridges have failed and appear to be seized in the housing so it just seemed easier to get a new tap (with spare cartridges) rather than spend ages trying to free the old ones and then search for replacements!
