Friday

Before the rain properly started I wandered down to Asda to get a flat bar of chocolate to accompany the flat C******** gift I got my Aunt and Uncle in Portugal. Mum is taking them out to her in a  few weeks. 
Later, spent a few hours in the library. 

My emotions are all over the place and I can't help still thinking about the awful appt I had, feeling really emotional and numb at the same time. I have tried doing some Somatic techniques my therapist has taught me to regulate and I find  it so fascinating how it works, albeit for a short while.
