Another lovely morning at the seaside

A good swim, rather a strong current, but lots to look at when we were sitting down drinking our coffee.   There is the European Kite surfing competition next weekend, so lots of kite surfers out practicing.   Also the sand boat in the distance leaving Langstone, some canoeists and folk in the water enjoying themselves..  (better in large)...distance photos taken with the iPhone are better in large.
