I May Have A Screw Loose

Actually, I have no screws left .... I removed them all.

Despite searching the Councils website I could find out nothing about how to book a slot at the dump.
So I loaded up the car with rotten wood and drove up there. It was open ... and empty. After emptying the wood into the appropriate skip I stopped and had a word with the 2 employees who had been standing chatting the whole time.
Apparently it is next month the booking system is coming into operation next month .......... but the Council haven't told anyone. There was nobody called at the dump yesterday - because all the advertising (and the web site) says the place is shut on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
I went home, reloaded the car with the rest of the wood and ditched that lot as well.

After doing that my back and legs were aching so I took some time taking some pictures ....the Anemones looking for the sun (no chance of that today) - some of the roses I bought for SWMBO the other day (3 more shots there) - and 3 of the bits of rubbish I have made recently. As you can see, these 2 came from the same piece (the other 2 pieces follow).

We got a phone call from Mrs Mac at lunchtime ..... coffee time at theirs mid afternoon? -- that will do nicely thanks.
It seems is ages since we have seen them and it was great to spend time catching up......before they get in their camper van and hit the road again. I am sure they only come home to stock up on clean underwear.
