Run

Out earlier than usual for our run and it was warm and nice breeze. Along the canal the small swan family were on the path and I ran past before stopping to take a couple of photos, pleased I did as one of adults took a dislike and came hissing towards me.
Looked after little one while his mum took his dad to the station, and then we went out for a walk and coffee.
Food shop at the local green grocers and then off to town for other bits.
Fell like I have been on the move all day and then walk with Hetty.
Posting early for me as just about to get changed as we are off out tonight. Walking over to friends for dinner, hope I can stay awake.
