Sailing boat, Windermere

This was our final morning at Higham Hall and we had two yoga sessions before lunch and goodbyes.  It has been an excellent few days made even more special by our workshop leaders who put so much into running the course well.

It was a very wet and misty morning but the weather improved slightly when I drove over Dunmail Raise and now that I am home it is grey but dry.  This was the only photo taken today of a sailing boat on Windermere.  I liked the red sail offsetting some of the grey.
