Coming in to land at PDX.  Quick and hassle-free trip up from SFO.  Glenn L. Jackson Memorial Bridge, I-205 (Oregon/Washington).  Mount Saint Helens looming on the horizon.

Our Lyft driver to SFO asked where we were traveling to, Portland, we replied.  His response: Aaah, beautiful Oregon... I used to live in West Linn! 

Photos of questionable quality.  Wildfires (not sure of exact location), the smoky air as the sun was setting.  Mount Jefferson.  Mount Shasta.  Mount Saint Helens again.  No good shots of Mount Hood this time.

It had been a hot day in Portland but was a comfortable 75ºF when we landed.  Picked up the car, then a quick stop at Fred Meyer for milk, etc.
