Chrysantherose

Another quick blip as there is still much to do - both daughters arrive late afternoon, with a friend from Texas. We probably wouldn't bother so much if it was just the daughters :-)

I suggested fish and chips on our way back from the station, but a pub meal has been requested.

The Sainsbury's man brought some roses this morning (I hope they last longer than the previous ones). I had a play with some masking and a chrysanthemum for Flower Friday.

In other news we have booked our flu and Covid jabs for next Saturday. And our phone line was switched off this morning, not Monday as previously advised. I've had to get the old hub out to get the digital voice to work. Now just waiting for someone to phone. I may answer the next nuisance call we get just to test it out.
