At our photo group meeting last night some macro photos taken by ‘David Hamilton’ at the start of the pandemic were shown. This lead me to think ‘what would my macro lens be like with the extension tubes added.
Well this is the result. It’s a ‘Grey Dagger’ moth caterpillar, just under a cm long. It was a six frame photo stack with 36mm of extension tubes and has only been cropped a little just for balance. It virtually filled the frame.
Watch this space for next Tuesday (unless I forget . . .).
