Wallace Monument

Taken from Stirling Castle.

A lovely day out. Castle visit was fairly brief though because we didn't realise that Fudge wasn't allowed in. It was far too hot to leave him in the car so we all enjoyed our picnic outside the castle entrance, followed by ice cream cones.

A long scenic journey home via Loch Lomond, with a stop off at Granny and Grandad's house finished our day trip.

When we got home, Mack rolled from his back onto his front for the very first time. None of us saw it happen though! Kerr and daddy were playing a game and I ran upstairs to fetch pyjamas for him. I came back to him proudly on his front :-)
